PROBLEM 01Work is person-dependent
Only one person knows the steps; work stops on leave, resignation or transfer.
You don't need to know what to delegate yet. We take on your back-office work, make it visible, and adopt AI in at least one business process within six months.
Your first consultation is free. You don't need to have decided what to delegate.

When work depends on individuals and is scattered across paper, Excel, email and verbal checks, dropping an AI tool on top has limited effect.
Only one person knows the steps; work stops on leave, resignation or transfer.
You can't see how long each task takes or where the waste is.
Information is spread across places, causing rechecks, transcription and double entry.
With vague workflows and rules, you can't decide what to automate.
That's why NaruTech doesn't start with AI. We start by taking on the work and making it visible.
The first three months are for getting used to the work; the next three are for running improvements. That is how we reach AI adoption in six months.
First, we takeon the work.
Our AI engineers take on part of the work, learning like an apprentice. Rather than just observing, we do the work ourselves to understand what really happens in the field.

We list the workand map it into a flow.
We organize daily tasks, decision criteria, exceptions, the tools used and the checks, and put them into a workflow and draft manual. Person-dependent work becomes something anyone can follow.

We run improvements andshift to a flow that runs with AI.
Building on the current flow, we decide what to cut, what to standardize, and which steps AI takes on — then run it. Rather than relying on AI alone, we keep human-review steps so the improvement lasts.

Rather than just running fixed tasks, we dig into the work and carry visibility, improvement and AI adoption through as one.
Our AI engineer runs the work in person, spotting waste, person-dependence and improvements on the ground.
We build workflow diagrams, manuals and an AI-driven process, so you don't stay dependent on an outside vendor.
In the first six months we take the work through to AI adoption in one business process; from month 7, the continuous plan supports embedding and expansion.

This service combines existing generative AI and GAS to get one business process running automatically. Full-scale system development or adoption from scratch is out of scope.
Automate one process with existing tools × generative AI
Newly developing or adopting a dedicated system
*If you need these, they can be discussed as a separate NaruTech service, such as system development or DX support.
Here, "full-scale" means newly developing or adopting a dedicated system. This service combines the tools you already have (generative AI, GAS, Google Workspace, etc.) to get your current work running automatically — in the shortest time and at the lowest cost.
The key numbers are shown at the top of the page. Here we summarize the premises — contract type and conditions — to confirm before we start.
Our AI engineers are often new to your industry and its specific work, and cannot handle everything smoothly from the first month. The plan is designed so they get used to the work in the first three months, then drive improvement and AI adoption in the next three.
As this is not worker dispatch, you cannot directly command our on-site members. Work requests and priority changes are coordinated through our PM or designated contact.
For visits or on-site work outside Akita, travel, lodging and per-diem are billed at cost. Online support can also be combined — just ask.
Light is 1 day/week and Standard is 2 days/week as a baseline. Days and working style are decided together before we start.
No. We start by taking on the work, understanding it, and making it visible. AI adoption happens once we understand the operation and the direction of improvement is set.
No. This service combines existing generative AI (custom prompts) and GAS (Google Apps Script) to get one business process running automatically. Newly developing or adopting dedicated systems such as CRM or SFA is out of scope. If you need such a full-scale system, it can be discussed as a separate NaruTech service, such as system development or DX support.
Yes. Accounting & billing, general affairs, sales admin, recruiting and more — you can start with one process, see the effect, then expand the scope.
Yes. We organize the steps and decision criteria while doing the actual work. Creating the manuals is itself part of the support.
As a baseline, the AI engineer is on-site 1 day/week on the Light plan and 2 days/week on the Standard plan. Depending on the work, online support and different schedules can be discussed.
As this is not worker dispatch, direct command isn't possible. Work requests and priority changes are coordinated through our PM or designated contact.
Yes. With the Continuous Improvement plan, the 2-day/week on-site continues while we embed the AI-adopted work, roll it out to other tasks, and update manuals. To expand across departments, we propose the Custom plan.
You don't have to start by dropping in an AI tool. Tell us about the work that's causing trouble or the work that depends on one person. NaruTech takes on the work and adopts AI in at least one business process within six months.
